Standard Shipping
Most orders take 5-6 business days to arrive from the date of purchase. Some orders, however, may take 6-9 business days from the date of order, most often because of item availability.
Expedited Shipping
Faster shipping takes 4-5 business days while express shipping takes 3-4 business days.
We use the carrier with the best rate within our system. From time to time, there may be out-of-stock items that cause a delay in shipment. If an out-of-stock item is anticipated to be on back order for several days, we will then ship what we have in stock and of course ship the missing item when it arrives, at no additional cost to you.

Orders over $250 require Direct Signature upon delivery. If you prefer not to have this service, please let us know at the time your order is placed.
All orders less than 2 lbs. may be shipped via USPS (often USPS Priority).
Many heavier orders (5 lbs. and heavier) may be shipped via FedEx.
All orders delivered to a PO Box will be shipped via USPS.
Almost all expedited shipping will be shipped via FedEx. We will attempt to notify you by email or by phone if there are any out-of-stock items in orders with expedited shipping as soon as possible.
Return Policy
Please note that this Returns policy only applies to products purchased from Mother Earth Herbs or phone orders and not from other websites or retail stores. Customers should consult the returns policy of the place of purchase.
New, unopened items that were purchased from us may be returned within 30 days for a full refund minus any shipping fees. Payments made with a credit card will be refunded to the card used for your order. A 15% restocking fee may be applied to some orders. Returns will not be accepted after 120 days.
Any damaged or wrongly shipped products will be refunded with shipping costs upon being returned to us.
For us to process your return, the product will need to be returned to us unless there are reasonable circumstances why this cannot be done. Empty bottles or bottles less than half full will not be credited unless there are reasonable circumstances.
